I think its 96 m squared

a coat 5 meters thick? Wow!
Each base is a triangle with base=12 and height=8.
There are three rectangular faces, each of length=8.
The area of the prism is 2(1/2 * 12 * 8) + 8*(10+10+12) = 352 m^2
