Here, other two sides as it is an isosceles right triangle.
Let these sides be each x inches.
x² + x² = 22²
2 x² = 484
Divide both sides by 2
x² = 242
x² = 121 ∙ 2
x = √ 121 ∙ √2
x = 11 √2 in
