excuse in my text says;
a lame effort to give reason for not wanting to purchase the product you are offering .an excuse is ofthen a little white lie.a customer may give an excuse for rejecting the product you are offering because at that moment she does not have enough money ,not because she doesn't want the product .

and objection ;;a valid reason for not wanting to purchase the product you are offering.an objection once recognized must be answered briefly and very much to the point.because the objection is a valid complaint about a product the pharmacy assistant should have no trouble in overcoming such an objection through her product knowledge
