Are you sure about that value of g? The actual value is 9.8 N/kg. I'll bet you forgot a decimal point.

Anyway, the power required (in Watts) is M g H/(20 seconds)
If M is in kg and H is the height in meters.

Pay more attention to spelling and capitalization. The symbol for Newtons is N, not n. "n" represents a neutron. You also misspelled the subject.
