an empty glass tube weights 37.3 g. when filled to the rim with water is weighs 54.1g. what is the volume of the glass tube?

3 answers

54.1 g = mass H2O + mass tube
37.3 g = mass tube
------
16.8 g = mass H2O
volume = mass/density
And I assume the tube is such that the meniscus can be considered as flat.
Thanks....I did that one right.
