(rate NH3/rate HCl)=sqrt(mmHCl/mmNH3) where mm stands for molar mass. Plug in the molar masses of HCl and NH3 and solve for the ratio on the left. Remember to remember that the ratio can be NH3/HCl OR HCl/NH3 so there are two answers to this. Post you work if you get stuck.
