Assuming 1 hour of running in plsce burns 650 cal/h if a person ran in place for 15 min.'s how many calories would be burned?
650/1 * 1/4= 325/2=162.5 calories burned every 15 min.'s
650/1 = x/.25
will give the same answer.
Reading it would be 650 is to one hour as x is to .25 hr
