This is a rather vague question! Whose health status? The speakers? or the listeners? Can't ALL of these affect a person's health status, whether positively or negatively?
I've been around people who interrupt constantly. It's as if they aren't listening to other people; they are thinking of what they want to say next. However, I don't think that's any better or worse than the others.

all the others are effects/causes of certain health status, and can effect what happens next in your health. But A. simply says that your either talking or taking action towards/against something.
