Activity Log Requirements: Participate in at least 40 minutes of physical activity every school day. Record your activity on the activity log below, or create your own log. Include the following information: the date of your activity. the type of activity. how long you did the activity. If you have not already downloaded, here is the link: PDF - you must down load this to your computer, then open it from your computer to be able to add your information. Make sure you save it after each addition. Google Doc Complete the quiz at the end of the lesson. Submit your January activity log to the portfolio dropbox on page 2 on January 30.
