We do not have the table or appendix, and they will not copy and paste here.
However, here are two articles that might help:

According to Sternberg, a person can experience eight general types of love. In the following table, a type of love as identified by Sternberg is in the left column. In the center column, write the combination of components that type of love demonstrates (intimacy, passion, or commitment). In the right column, fill in the characteristics for the corresponding type of love.

Type of Love Components Characteristics
Non Love None None
Liking Has intimacy, but neither passion nor commitment. Liking is found in some friendships and only involves intimacy with little to no commitment or passion
Infatuation Has passion, but neither intimacy nor commitment Some people view passionate love as identical to infatuation. Sternberg’s theory is infatuation involves only passion but no intimacy. A preoccupation and intense feeling of passionate love are present.
Empty Love Has commitment, but neither intimacy nor passion. This involves only commitment and is typical of estranged partners who will remain together for “the kids sake” or social appearances.
Romantic Love Has intimacy and passion, but no commitment Intense emotional response, perhaps love but no commitment to the other
Companionate Love Has intimacy and commitment, but no passion In contrast to passionate love, this involves intimacy and commitment with minimal passion. It is much less intense emotionally.
Fatuous Love Has passion and commitment, but no intimacy
Consummate Love Has all three components of intimacy, passion, and commitment.
