above the x axis a dot on the -2 line up to 2.5, and another dot on -3 line up to 4.5, that's on left side, then right side a dot on 2 line up 2.5, and another on line 3 up to 4.5. Not sure how to figure this is someone is willing to help.

possible answers;
domain: {–3, –2, 0, 2, 3}; range: {4.5, 2.5, 1}
domain: {–3, –2, 2, 3}; range: {4.5, 2.5, 1}
domain: {4.5, 2.5, 1}; range: {–3, –2, 0, 2, 3}
domain: {4.5, 2.5, 1}; range: {–3, –2, 2, 3}

the dots are at (-3,4.5),(-2,2.5),(2,2.5),(3,4.5)

so, domain = {-3,-2,2,3}
range = {2.5,4.5}

No given choice fits that. Did you forget a point? say, on the x=0 line up to 1?
center dot x=0 line up 1
to the left of y x=-2 line up to 2.5
to the left of y x=-3 line up to 4.5

to the right of y x=2 line up to 2.5
to the right of y x=3 line up to 4.5

Does this help?
