Working With Relatives

Working with relatives can be difficult. Family relationships can cause stress at work. There can also be conflicts of interest.

Relatives include any people related by blood, marriage, or adoption. Staff who live in the same house may be considered relatives.

ABC Air allows relatives to work together. Exceptions include situations that can negatively impact the workplace. For example, relatives may not work together in these situations:
