90k-g barbell from the floor to a height of 2.2 m in 0.6 s
g=acceleration due to gravity=9.8 m/s^sup2;
Work done
=F.D
= 90g * 2.2
= 1940 N-m
Power (W, N-m/s, or J/s)
= 1940 J /0.6 s
= 3234 W

Note: one horsepower = 746 watts
M=90kg
h=2.
time=0.6sec
g=9.8m/sec

Power=w/t
=f.h/t ( w=f.h)
=m.g.h/t (f=m.g)
=90×9.8×2/0.6
=3234watt
