Where the given ratings weighted in terms of the hours?
Not familiar with the grading system of US colleges.
if so, I would do:
2B + 3A + 4C + 3B + 1C ----> total of 13 hours
= 5B + 3A + 5C
= 15 + 12 + 10
= 37

score = 37/13 = 2.8
