i think the answer is...
$8-$0.34=$7.66
$7.66/$0.24=31.9
so i guess its about 31 to 32 minutes
$0.24*31=$7.44
$7.44+$0.34=$7.78 that's to low

$0.24*32=$7.68
$7.68+$0.32=$8.02
