A space probe is 7.62 x 10 to the 7th power kilometers from the surface of the planet Mars. If the space probe is traveling towards mars at a arate of 127 meters per second, how many hours will it take the probe to reach the surface of the plant? Round to the nearest hour.

Help!? I don't understand what to do to understand how many hours!

127 m/s / 1000 = 0.127 km/s.

d = r*t = 7.62*10^7 km,
0.127t = 7.62*10^7,
t = 7.62*10^7 / 0.127 = 60*10^7 s.

t = 60*10^7 5. / 3600 s/h = 167000 h.
Thank you so much! I didn't understand it at all!
