Not sure if this is correct, but this is how I'd do this problem.

20kg x (1 lb)/(2.20kg )= 9.09 lbs

9.09 lbs x (50mg) / (1 lb)= 454.5 mg

454.5 mg x(1ml)/(100mg)= 4.545ml
