A sells to B at a gain of 20%,B sells to C at a price A paid.what does B lose as a percentage?

B = 1.20A
C = A = B/1.20 = (5/6)B

so, that is ...

C paid what A did: B/1.20 = 08.3333B

So, B lost 16.666 %

maybe my math looks as funny to you as your texting does to me...
they got 2/3 here in my text book

2/3=0.666

and u got 16.666

how
