I would first of all change the ratio from
1/4 in : 6 ft , to
1 inch: 24 ft

a) for 18 ft,
x in/1 in = 18ft/24ft
x = 18/24 = 3/4 inch

b)
x/1 = 66/24 = 11/4 inches or 2.75 inches

c) you do it.
