I wouldn't use any of the four in that last blank (B) because the same person who answered the first time would be answering again. Here's what I'd use ... any of these:

No, I haven't.
No, not that either.
No, sorry, I haven't.
No, sorry, what is that?

I'm sure there are other possibilities. Another tutor may respond, too.
