A sample of chlorides weighing 0.2082 g is dissolved in water, transferred to a 100 mL volumetric flask and 50 mL of 0.1 M silver nitrate solution are added; after shaking the volume is made up to the mark with distilled water. Mix well and let it rest. When titrating the excess with silver nitrate in 10 mL aliquots of the clear liquid, an average of 3.5 mL of 0.1106 M KSCN solution were required. Calculate the percentage of sodium chloride in the sample.

You need to proof your post. "When titrating THE EXCESS WITH SILVER NITRATE......."????? What excess are you titrating with AgNO3. You can't titrate an excess of AgNO3 with AgNO3. My best guess is that you're titrating an excess of AgNO3 with KSCN but that isn't what you wrote.
