a sameple of 137 firecrackers contained 6 duds. how many duds would you expect in a sample of 2466 firecrackers?

Hold on there knights! Let’s say that the first one tested is a dud. Is it reasonable to stop the testing right there and say every firecracker is a dud? And how confident of that estimation would you be? It would be more helpful to explain how many firecrackers need to be tested in order to be 90% or 95% or 98% sure of your estimate of the dud rate.
