A recipe for cooking a turkey states to allow 15 minutes for each pound of turkey and to add 5 minutes per pound if the turkey is stuffed. Our turkey weights 18 pounds and will be stuffed. It takes half an hour for the turkey to cool. What time should the turkey go in the oven if we want to have dinner at 2:00pm?

(20 * 18) + 30 = 390 minutes = 6.5 hours
