What's the problem with substituting 10^-7 for hydronium and hydroxide ions along with k and solving?
So would it be
rate = (10^-7)*(10^-7)*(1.4X10^11)
rate = (10^-7)*(10^-7)*(1.4X10^11)
That's what I would do.
