i found the equation:
x(t)=12.5sin(3pi t +x) cm

i can't find the value of x =phase constant

at t=0 we have 12.5 sin(0+x) = -0.0325
x = -0.149

So,

x(t) = 12.5 sin(3πt - 0.149)
= 12.5 sin(3π(t-0.0159))

So, the phase is -0.0159
