p.s: the reason I am asking this questions is because we never learned about it in class and I don't know how to do it; so if you don't mind, if you could just do the first one and explain how you got it, perhaps give me a formula I should be able to do the rest on my own. I didn't post this on this site to be told that I'm stupid for needing help, and I don't appreciate that.

the first number tells how many of that color are in the bag and the second tells how many total are in the bag. that's really all their is.. it's kind of like saying "I've got a 1 out of 100 chanse of winning the lottery."
