We need the cost price to establish the profit.
assuming Reiny's question is accurate, then

200(50/10) + 100p = 300(50/12)(1.12)
p = 4

check:
cost = 300(50/12) = 1250
revenue:
200 @ 50/10 = 1000
100 @ 4 = 400
total: 1400 = 1250*1.12
