I know that X = red roses and Y = pink rose
1. x=3y and 2x=4y+10

How do i solve it?

nvm i found it ez
well, since x = 3y, use that to get
2(3y) = 4y+10
6y = 4y+10
2y = 10
y=5
so, x=3y=15
