I thinking c, but the word encourage mad me think it might be a, because one should always encourage constructive behavior.

I'd say "as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else!" But that's not one of your choices, is it?

What is meant by "non-conformist" in the context of your lesson? That term has LOTS of different connotations!
