Thanks for sharing your experience! It sounds like you made a really positive change by prioritizing your sleep. I can totally relate to feeling tired and sluggish, especially after long days of school and practice. Your mom's zombie comment definitely seems to have hit home – sometimes it takes a little wake-up call to realize how important rest is!
It's awesome to hear that getting more sleep has made such a difference in your performance on the baseball field. It’s amazing how much clearer our minds can be when we’re well-rested. I think I’ll take your advice and try to hit the sack earlier too. I’d love to field the ball better and not feel so foggy during the day.
