A clip is bolted to column supports a steel beam with and end reaction P =32.5kips. The angle is connected using 2-(7/8)in diameter High strength A325 bolts. The allowable shear capacity of the bolts is 17,000psi. Are the bolts adequate?

For this I got 54,000psi so they couldn't support load am I right or did I make a mistake

32,500 pounds / 2 = 16,250 pounds/bolt
bolt area = pi d^2/4 = (pi/4)(49/64)
=.601 in^2
so shear stress = 16,250 pounds/.601 in^2
= 27,038 psi
