(X+9)+21 = (X+30) qtrs.

5x + 10(x+9) + 25(x+30) = 1000 cents.
40x + 840 = 1000,
40x = 1000 - 840 = 160,

X = 4 Nickels.
X+9 = 13 Dimes.
X+30 = 34 Qtrs.
