You didn't post the molarity. If I guess you want a 2 M and you have a 10.0 M solution on the shelf, you want to dilute it. How much? Use the dilution formula which is
mL1 x M1 = mL2 x M2
mL1 x 10.0 M = 750 mL x 2 M
Solve for mL1. Take that many mL, place it in a 750 mL volumetric flask, and make to the mark, mix thoroughly, stopper, label.
