gtt (probably from French goutte) is a drop.
So for a drip of 60gtt/ml, 1 gtt/min is equivalent to 1 ml/hr (60 gtt/hr).
Therefore 30 ml/hr is simply the same numerical value, 30 gtt/min (for a 60 gtt/ml drip).
I'll leave it to you to convert it to gtt/sec.
A cat on IV fluids must receive 30ml/hr of saline. The drip set provides 60gtt/ml. How many gtt/sec should the drip be?
