Let me show you in steps how to do this. It's too simple to let it get to you.
C4H8(g) + O2(g)⟶ CO2(g) + H2O(g)
Look at C4H8 so YOU KNOW CO2 must be at least 4 so place a 4 there.
C4H8(g) + O2(g)⟶ 4CO2(g) + H2O(g)
Look at the H so YOU KNOW H2O on the right must be at least 4. Place a 4 there.
C4H8(g) + O2(g)⟶ 4CO2(g) + 4H2O(g)
Step 3.
You have the C4H8 taken care of and it leaves only O2 on the left. So you count up on the RIGHT the number of O atoms. There are 8 from CO2 and 4 from H2O to make a total of 12. That means a 6 for O2.
C4H8(g) + 6O2(g)⟶ 4CO2(g) + 4H2O(g)
