The road from the bottom to the top of the hill is straight with a length of 200 m? Ignore friction and drag.

Fp = Mg*sin2.87 = 1963 N. = Force parallel to the incline.

V^2 = Vo^2 + 2a*d = 144.
a = 144/2d = 144/400 = 0.36 m/s^2.

F-1963 = 4000*0.36 = 1440.
F = 3403 N.
