The way the question is phrased the waste heat has nothing to do with it.

630*10^6 watts times time in seconds

time = 30 days * 24 hours * 3600 seconds/hr = 2.592*10^6 seconds

so
.63*10^9 * 2.592*10^6 = 1.63*10^15 Joules
