2x^2-12x+32=x^2 how would I solve this by factoring?

2x^2-12x+32=x^2
x^2-12x+32=0
(x-4)(x-8)

Use foil to check
x*x=X^2
-4*x=-4x
x*-8=-8x
-4*-8=32
Combine like terms
x^2-12x+32
