Recall that surface area of cone is
SA = pi*r^2 + pi*r*s

where
r = radius
s = slant height

Substituting,
SA = 3.14 * 15^2 + 3.14 * 15 * 11
SA = 706.5 + 518.1
SA = 1224.6 sq units
