You should do yourself a favor and put your REAL school subject in the correct place. [I've never heard of a class called "2 questions:(" ]

#3 -- Colors and borders will have nothing to do with sorting data!!

#4 -- Use your logic, and let us know what YOU THINK. (Have you actually done any sorting in a database or spreadsheet?)

For #4, you need to go back into your text and see how they explain sorting. Are you using Access? I've never had success with that program ... I usually use Excel for both spreadsheet and database purposes.
