If a scale factor is 1 in = 5 miles how wideis the national park that is 8 inches. My answer is1.5 miles ami correct thanks

No. Your answer isn't reasonable. 1 inch = 5 miles, so 2 inches = 10 miles.
Use a proportion, cross multiply and solve for x.
1/5 = 8/x
x = 40 miles
