The cost of refreshments (in dollars) is a function, h, of the number of people served, n. If h(n)=100/9n, find the number of dollars it would cost for refreshments for 27 people.

h(n) = 100 / 9 n
Substitute n = 27:
h(27) = (100 / 9) * 27
h(27) = 100 * 3
h(27) = 300 dollars
