find the minor axis 1x^2+36y^2=1

x^2/1 + y^2/(1/36) = 1
a^2= 1 ---> a = 1
b^2 = 1/36 ---> b = 1/6
Usually the minor axis is defined as 2b
then 2b = 1/3
