one obvious solution:
d = 0
then
1/3t + 1/4.5(t+1.5) = 1
multiply each term by 9
3t + 2(t+1.5) = 9
3t + 2t + 3 = 9
5t = 6
t = 6/5
d = 0, t = 6/5
d = 0
then
1/3t + 1/4.5(t+1.5) = 1
multiply each term by 9
3t + 2(t+1.5) = 9
3t + 2t + 3 = 9
5t = 6
t = 6/5
d = 0, t = 6/5
