since the zeros of the quadratic are -4 and 3

we can say:

f(x) = a(x+4)(x-3)
so the only thing we don't know is a possible coefficient.
but f(1) = - 30
-30 = a(1+4)(1-3)
-30 = -10a
a = 3

f(x) = 3(x+4)(x-3)
expand if so needed
