A square has all sides of equal length. You do not have a square.
For a rectangle, 2[(4x+3)+3(2x - 5)] = ?

If it's a square, the sides are all equal, so
4x+3 = 3(2x-5)
4x+3 = 6x-15
2x = 18
x = 9
so, the preimeter is 36
4x+3 = 3(2x-5)
4x+3 = 6x-15
2x = 18
x = 9
so, the preimeter is 36
