Dr = 12km[30o] + 8km[90o] + 4km[165o]

X = 12*cos30+8*cos90+4*cos165 = 6.53 km
Y = 12*sin30+8*sin90+4*sin165 = 15.0 km

tan A = Y/X = 15/6.53 = 2.29709
A = 66.5o

Dr = Y/sin A = 15.0/sin66.5 = 16.4 km[66.5o].
