For english i'm doing facts about mark twain and if i put " Around all of the facts, is it still plagiarism?

Certainly you can put the facts in your own words. You don't need quotation marks for simple statements like

Twain was born on ________ in __________. His real name was Samuel Longhorn Clemens. His parents were . . .
