Venus is the second planet from the sun. Earth is the third planet from the sun. The distance from Venus to the sun is 6.72x10^7 and the distance from Earth to the sun is 9.3x10^7 miles. What is the distance between Earth and Venus?

silly question, the distance between earth and venus is not constant, it changes all the time.

if they should line up in a straight line the distance between earth and venus is
9.3x10^7 - 6.72x10^7
= 10^7(9.3-6.72)
= 2.58x10^7
