It asks what action plan you'd use to help a person who is being bullied.

To help a person who is being bullied, I would create an action plan of telling a trusted adult and seeking help from friends, teachers, or parents.

OK.

You wouldn't confront the bully? You wouldn't try to keep your friend away from the bully?

An action plan does not include creating the action plan! That's redundant!!

What steps would you take?

Yes, I would.

Correction: To help a person who is being bullied, I would create an action plan of telling a trusted adult and seeking help from friends, teachers, or parents. I would also assertively confront the bully and try to keep this person as far away as possible from the bully?

You have copied the steps from the assignment. Now you need to add details.

Who are these trusted adults?
Who will you tell what's happening to your friend?

When you "seek help," what does that mean exactly? What will you DO?

What does "assertively confront the bully" mean to you? What actions do you need to take for this purpose?

The last step is OK, but it would be better if you could state HOW you plan to keep him/her away from the bully.

Much of this depends on how the bullying is taking place. Steps are different based on where the bullying is coming from.

... on the school bus?
... on campus?
... via Facebook or other social website?
... via text messages??
... or what?

To help a person who is being bullied, I would tell a trusted adult, such as one of this person's parents, and seek guidance of how I should handle the situation from friends, teachers, or parents. I would then confront the bully, speaking with the bully in a assertively manner in which I would tell the bully to leave this person alone. I would also try to keep this person as far away as possible from the bully during school hours and on the school bus?

OK, that's better.

You should think about what you might do if someone is threatening a friend by means of text messages.

What if he/she is being threatened or bullied on Facebook or something?

What would you work toward doing? Ditching the phone? Deleting the Fb account? Or what?

Remember that not all bullying takes place face to face (although I imagine most of it does).

However, if the bully threatens this person by means of text messages or social websites, I would encourage this person to delete his social website accounts and purchase a new celluar device. I would also report the bully for cyber-bullying and threatening this person?

Yes, MUCH better. And in your last sentence, I hope you mean you'd report all this to the police. In some states, that's the law. In all states, it's a very good idea.
